Aerial View: November 1, 2013

All of our tunnels and cold frames are in place now, but it's hard to tell in the photos — we've opened them up for a couple days of warm, blustery rain. What you can see is that the leaves are falling by the pile-ful now, and lots of plants (tomatoes, peppers, pumpkin vines) have died and need to be pulled and composted. The bean house has been dismantled as well, since we needed the poles for all of our tunnels. Although today is warm, these photos are a good reminder that winter is definitely on its way.
